Eligibility. Open to individuals who are legal residents of the US (excluding Washington) or Canada (excluding Quebec) age 18 or older at time of entry. Employees of Youth-Outdoors, individuals or entities involved in the implementation or execution of this Sweepstakes, and members of their immediate family or household are not eligible. Void in Washington, Quebec, Canada and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted. This Sweepstakes is conducted in the United States and is governed by applicable US law.

How to Enter. This Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on November 1, 2023 and ends at 1:00.01 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on June 7, 2024 (“Sweepstakes Period”). There are three (4) ways to enter: During the Sweepstakes Period: (1) Go to https://youth-outdoors.org and sign up for the Monthly Giving Program with a Youth-Outdoors donation for a suggested minimum of $10 per month (USD). You will receive one entry for every $25 of monthly giving via the Monthly Giving Program during the Sweepstakes Period. (2) Go to https://youth-outdoors and make donation for a suggested minimum of $10 to receive 1 entry. (3)Call Katie Khoury during normal business hours at Youth-Outdoors (630) 627-4075 with a valid credit card and sign up for the Monthly Giving Program with Youth-Outdoors or make a one-time donation for a suggested minimum of $10 per month (USD). You will receive one entry for every $10 of monthly giving via the Monthly Giving Program during the Sweepstakes Period ; (3) To obtain one (1) free entry, complete a 3 x 5 card legibly hand‐printed in ink with: first and last name, address, age and daytime phone number, and mail it in a postage prepaid envelope addressed to Youth-Outdoors, 2023 Shotgun Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 183, Cass City, MI 48726 (must be postmarked by June 7, 2024 and received by June 15, 2024, limit one entry per outer mailing envelope). Limit 100 (One Hundred) entries per person regardless of the method of entry. Multiple entries per person/email address in excess of the entry limit, or any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to sweepstakes entry services) are prohibited and will void all entries by that entrant. All entries received through methods 1 through 4 above must be received during the Sweepstakes Period, and all mail‐in entries must be received by June 15, 2024 (collectively, “Entry Deadline”). Entrant assumes risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay and misdirection of entries, and is solely responsible for postage due, illegible or incomplete entries. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Youth-Outdoors and will not be returned. By entering, you agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects.

Drawing. One winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor (or its authorized representative) on or about June 15, 2024 from all entries received. You do not need to be present to win. If a Canadian resident is selected in the drawing, he/she must correctly answer a skill‐testing question in order to claim the prize. The question will be administered upon notification to the Canadian resident that he/she was selected. To receive the prize, the question must be correctly answered without assistance of any kind, within a specified time limit. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize/Odds of Winning. Grand Prize (1): Impala Plus 12-Gauge Shotgun. Retail Value: $350. Winner must comply with all applicable local, state, federal and provincial regulations. Winner of shotgun must be eligible for firearms possession, must comply with all applicable local, state, federal and provincial regulations and must make arrangements for delivery of shotgun with appropriate federally or provincially licensed firearms dealers as required by state, federal and provincial law. If the shotgun winner is a Canadian resident, he/she must possess and provide Sponsor with a copy of his/her valid Canadian Firearms Possession & Acquisition License. Any failure to comply with these requirements will result in prize forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected. Shotgun prize will not be awarded in any state or province where such prize is prohibited by law. If winner resides in any such state or province, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. No cash/prize substitutions, except Youth-Outdoors reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value in the event of prize unavailability.

Conditions of Participation. Winner will be notified by email, mail or telephone (at Sponsor’s discretion) and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and any other documentation reasonably required by Youth-Outdoors within 14 days of notification. In the event of noncompliance, if winner cannot be reached, or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, the winner may be disqualified, and an alternate winner selected. All prizes will be awarded, assuming sufficient entries. No prize transfer permitted. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prize are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. By participating and accepting a prize, where permitted by law, winner grants to Sponsor, (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing), and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, at any time(s), the winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or review. All entrants release Youth-Outdoors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, chapters, and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use/misuse of the prizes, including but not limited to liability for personal injury, bodily injury including wrongful death, damage to property, and damage or loss of any other kind. Sponsor is not responsible for prize quality or utility.

DISPUTES: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF MICHIGAN WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES.
As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Michigan having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participants’ actual out‐of‐ pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.Winner’s List.
